I offer counseling sessions using archetypes based on the primary learning of ‘Sacred Contracts’ taught at the CMED Institute in Chicago by pioneer and author, Caroline Myss.
There are lessons that I feel fortunate to share as much as I feel grateful for personally imbibing them:
- Connect to one’s own personal God and as such, nurture that relationship
- For finding comfort or fulfillment in personal life, relationship toward one’s own parents is the key – even if they are no more in our physical lives. May God bring to each and every one purposeful, loving connection toward elders – past and present.
- Forgiveness, if possible along with compassion and understanding is a necessity if not rewarding.
- There are many gifts that are there within each one that can be nurtured and thereafter used.
If you wish for a private session looking for life directions, please contact me. I honor the work with you that I hope to do my best to
come from the personal place of truth. I hope you take from here only what you need for yourself.

If you have someone, or even many who are willing to share those experiences with you, it is the one of the best gifts one can ever have. But there are also times when you struggle and have the desire to overcome it and yet have no one to witness, except yourself. First of all when there are ...
